Growing up in the village Mandalo in the center of The Area Pella, a village grows and survives the estates and mainly from Tree crops (peaches, apricots, apples, etc.) that have been  inefficient, looked for ways to better exploitation of our land

Watching the deterioration of nature and the products (peaches, apricots, apples, etc.) that produce and sell to consumers by the use of pesticides, insecticides and other chemical pesticides and fertilizers, we turned in collaboration with the company Fereikos Helix in a new product for the Greek data, snails

Snails of the species Helix Aspersa Muller which the breed, the pack and keep them in a completely organic way, without using chemical preparations and without any additional intervention on diet from birth until their sale.

Snails are very rich in nutrients and primary snails of the species Helix Aspersa Muller who is what and what delicious rich meat of the snails that are free in our country and therefore selected as the most suitable species for breeding.

Snails at the farm we grow completely organic and certified by the International Institute of Snail Farming Cherasco, Italy.

Snails are available from our farm fresh and ready for cooking, and the range of traditional and non-food including snails as basic or as an extra ingredient in many dishes vary and are ideal for creating and Gurme Lenten dishes.
